CPSC 21+ Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 08-14-25
By becoming a member of CPSC 21+ (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the collective”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms help protect the culture, safety, and structure of the community we’re building.
0. Eligibility
-
You must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
-
Membership is selective and based on application review.
-
Payment is only required after approval.
-
Submitting payment without being accepted does not guarantee membership and may be declined or refunded.
1. Membership and Payment
-
After being accepted, members must pay a flat yearly membership fee.
-
The membership fee may change from year to year.
-
This fee grants access to:
-
All community-hosted parties and standard events
-
Private communication platforms (e.g., Discord, trip calendar)
-
The ability to register for additional paid trips and experiences
-
-
Membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or removal from the group.
-
Membership may be revoked at any time for violations of conduct, without refund.

2. Financial Transparency
-
CPSC 21+ maintains a transparent financial policy for all paid trips and group-funded events.
-
All trip-related expenses (housing, transportation, supplies, food, activities) will be documented with receipts and shared with participants before or after the event.
-
Trip costs are calculated based on expected participation. Members will be made aware of how their contribution is used.
-
While operational or back-end costs of the overall organization may not be public, all funds collected for specific trips will be accounted for and visible to members involved.
-
Ambassadors are required to submit receipts for reimbursement and may be asked to adjust budgets based on community feedback or overages.
3. Trip and Event Participation
-
Larger trips (ski trips, retreats, concerts, etc.) require a separate, flat-rate fee per person.
-
Trip costs are determined per event and are not negotiable.
-
No discounts, referral codes, early access pricing, or work-trade arrangements are offered.
-
Members are responsible for their own travel unless otherwise specified.
-
Refunds for canceled attendance are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
-
CPSC 21+ is not liable for lost items, injuries, travel delays, or personal disputes that arise during trips or events.
4. Behavior and Conduct
All members are expected to uphold the values of the community.

5. Ambassador Authority
-
Ambassadors are trusted community leaders responsible for trip planning, safety, and oversight.
-
They may enforce conduct policies, remove disruptive members, issue warnings, or deny access to events.
-
Their role is to protect the safety and energy of the group and they will act accordingly during events and decision-making processes.
