Roles

Ambassadors host the trips. Board members build the system that makes it all possible.

1. Board Members

  • Founders and core decision-makers

  • Handle finances, sponsor relationships, infrastructure, and long-term growth

  • Can also act as Ambassadors, but not the other way around

2. Ambassadors

  • Trip planners and group “parents”

  • Set the vibe, plan the events, book the house, manage the group

  • Attend trips for free if turnout covers costs

  • Hold members accountable, enforce safety and respect

How Membership Works

  • You apply with a written form

  • We review apps weekly as a team

  • If accepted, you pay a flat yearly fee

  • You get full access to the calendar, events, Discord, and merch

  • Then you join trips when they come up (separate cost per trip, fully transparent)

No referral codes. No “maybe.” You’re either in or you’re not.
